Yep....all day yesterday without being called,then just about to take the stand today,when he eventually decides to plead guilty.Got to meet the victim and his wife yesterday and found out what he been through....pleased I done the right thing.
Sentencing suspended pending reports on the cyclist.I think sentence will be passed in early May.
Victim took the stand last night....poor fellow was shaking and asked to give evidence behind a curtain
