I just don't see James as voter friendly GB.
Kye's voice will be found out in the lives, which doesn't leave you many other choices.

Plenty of friends on youtube and the polls. I think people are too hung up on this perception of him. Melanie has been around the record industry since we were in nappies, who's gonna vote for her?

I don't think James's personality is any worse than Cardie's was. Not the moist factor he had, but he's not the worst in that respect. He seems more real than the rest

She was 17 though. Although admittedly looked about the same age as Mel. There's always gonna be a big vote premium for youngsters who have never been through the mill before

Seems worryingly straightforward atm - Ella, James, Jahmene.
Market looks about right. Only value seems to be Jade who looks way too big at 48 - esp compared to Carolynne at 26 and Melanie at 27, both total no-hopers imo (although may possibly shorten with a Tesco Mary-style push by the prods)

Are james and jahmene likeable?, i can't even see how jahmene will survive in a house full of people, he's probably got every single psychological problem known to man and must crack up sooner or later, i bet he'll need everyone to leave the house just to take a pi55.!!

Once the battle of the boybands is won surely the winner is nailed on for 2nd or 3rd
You'd have thought so. Both look sure to be popular with the 1D generation. But do we really need another? Just think the whole boy band thing could run out of steam towards the end - 3rd at best.
Maybe. Cowell might not want them to detract from 1D. But then it's a great market place, about the only reliable one. You can't sell records by crooners for very long
And having had their fingers burned with Cardie they are hardly likely to be pushing someone like Kye that hard either...

The Ella failure I can accept, but naming Kye as a top three prediction is unforgivable! 
He was ditched straight after the first live show! Terrible...
At least I got the UJ finishing position right, but surprised I didn't have Jahmene in Top 3 (this of course is before the back story was revealed... that's my excuse anyway!).
So basing it on the above prediction, I'd better back James to win now then!
