X Factor averaged 8.6m (2.2m down on last year, but up on last week), while SCD averaged only 8 million (400k up on last year).

SCD peaked at 9.8m, which was the highest peak viewing figure of the day (excl. +1s).  X Factor peaked at 9.5m (minus +1).

Academic to me as i didn't have a bet but the question I posted earlier as to peak or average seems pertinent. Did laddies make it clear?

I have asked for clarification, but assumed average (based on previous). No +1 is included and settled on official BARB figures.

Like I posted before I challenged one bookie who hadn't made it clear and they backed down. Worth a go for any SCD backers who are told they are losers.

It is usually average, unless peak is specified.

Rang them yesterday and today to get clarification Diz.Nobody at customer relations knew,and the last I heard they were waiting clarification from the trading section.Apparently my bet is still officially unsettled,but as you say,there was no mention of "average" in he market title,just "most" viewers.
