Adam's problems started with that flirty 'tiger' thing he did with Deana on Saturday's show. Perhaps tonight's over-reaction to Deana's comments comes from his unresolved feelings towards her.

I know some thought Luke had a good show. I didn't. I feel he would have been better to man-up and behave counter-intuitively i.e not mope and be strong. This doesn't mean he will be evicted on Friday. I have no idea if he or Lauren will be saved.

However, although vote transference is over-rated in BB, I suspect if Lauren stays then she will garner the majority of votes from Luke's supporters.

Friday should be fun.

I did catch the nominations tonight. I think big brother will have to at some stage show footage of how nasty some housemates especially caroline have been in previous nominations. That would really set the cat among the pigeons for a lot of the housemates.
I know people talk about Conor helping Deana win but other than the epilator outburst there is no big secrets that would surprise anyone if secret footage of him was shown.
If secret footage of caroline is shown to the house it will have more of an impact and could win it for Lauren if she is the one to finally make a stand.
Report attitude adjuster July 17, 2012 11:54 PM BST

Sara's price is a mystery to me too, she even admits herself shes more like an extra.

I do think shes playing a good game though in terms of staying in the house as long as possible, she'll be someone there on the final night that leaves first or second.

She attached herself to Deana once they knew she'd topped the vote and now shes siding with the majority, shes a typical sheep.

But as for winning i dont see how she can, shes hardly done anything or been involved in any of the major storylines.

I can only be honest. Lauren is green and everyone else is red. So treat with caution what I say...

Tonight Lauren gave me what I thought was there all along. She was strong, good humoured and in the face of quite a lot of hostility from people she has lived with for many weeks, pretty resilient.

The fact that she didn't let them see how hurt she must have been testifies to something much more than the spoilt little girl she can be.

I backed her because I thought she would win. Now I want her to win. And as a BB fan, that matters more to me.

If she goes on Friday so be it. Luke must have a lot of fans out there. But I would like her to go through as she may have even more to give.
Report Dylan1975 July 18, 2012 12:04 AM BST

Report paddletoe July 18, 2012 12:05 AM BST
I dont see Deana making a stand over and above the one she has made. Lauren the most likely to do so by having it out with Caroline. Thats what everyone wants to see and if it happens and she does not hold back and get taken in by Carolines tears when she does it then she must have a great chance.
Whoever the viewers see putting themselves out on a limb by confronting the bullies will be unstopable.

Report Dylan1975 July 18, 2012 12:09 AM BST
wont matter, whose going to vote for her to win?? there'll be at least 1 outsider left on finals night and i dont see how she could possibly beat them. Shes probably only sticking up for Deana cos she knows she topped the vote a few weeks ago but shes easily influenced and easily led and if she thinks Deana is on the outside she'll be a sheep to survive.

I also suspect BB wont allow it to be a walkover they can easily manipulate things so someone is up automatically or make certain HMs immune, at some point the insiders will have to turn on each other.
Report five leaves left July 18, 2012 12:10 AM BST

Becky is horrible, how you can attack someone for sticking up for you is beyond me, it seems only Lauren can see the craziness in it when they were actually talking about nominating Becky, somehow shes forgotten that. Looking at the clip tonight though it seems shes going to get whats due by blatantly lieing about it to Laurens face when she confronts her about it.

Its the weak HMs that i dislike the most, the ones that can all of a sudden be best friends with people that have treated them badly just because they want to survive and see safety in numbers, too stupid to realise they'll be the first ones picked on once the others are gone.

Courage is when you stand up to something when you have something to lose. Not wait until you have nothing to lose and nowhere to go. Your confusing courage with self preservation.

Recognition of bravery is as instinctive as the act itself.

The day I thought Deana had it in the bag was when she and Shiv concocted that silly plan to trap Lauren. It showed she was prepared to push herself and her beliefs. Not sit at the back. That the “Lushleigh is fake” incident wasn’t isolated, that she could give as good as she got.

At the time the edits weren’t showing her funny side so battling was all she had. That same edit showed Adam and Luke A to be moral cowards. A clip in the same day showed Lauren to be a moral coward.

Coward is too strong a word, maybe I should have said morally weak. Because most people are like that. Taking the path of least resistance. Society couldn’t function otherwise. But we don’t admire them. We admire the brave ones. Like Deana.

However after Luke's positive edit last night the HG has it 61% v 39%; same as tellymix.  Shows the power of the edit.
