***** Major Player
****   Real Possibilities
***     Feasible but unlikely
**       Very difficult to fancy
*         Surely not.

Ruth Brown *****  Big Instrument, weak group real contender.

Matt & Sueleen *  Must be wondering when this magic mushroom trip will end ...soon probably.

Sam Buttery *   Looks like a Matt Lucas character creation....and sings like one too.

Adam Isaac **   Good looking lad,but so far appears bland.Needs to improve.

Leanne Mitchell ****  Likable, good vocally and in a weak group.More cruiseship than Voice winner?

Sophie Griffin **  Likable, but poor vocal in battle round.

Joelle Moses *** Initial momentum from audition culled after battle round.Liked by bookies.

Frances Wood ***  Likable but quirky. Not the usual recipe for success.Chance but needs help from TPTB.

Jazz Ellington ***  Early jollie, pimped at audition.Has his fan's but I'm not one of them.

Tyler James  **  Amy Winehouse connection likely to remain his sole claim to fame.

Toni Warne **  Sailed through on the sympathy vote .....will hit an iceberg early imo.

Vince Kidd  **** Divides opinion...Likely winner or complete numpty? You pays your money ......

Cassius Henry *  Very forgettable ...fodder surely?

Becky Hill ****  Like Vince divides opinion.Talks like she has an ASBO and an ankle tag.Interesting that she's in a weak group, possibilities she is one of TCO's?

Ruth-Anne St Luce *  Fishy short battle clip.Still looking for evidence she can sing in key.

Aleks Josh ***  Sympathetic edit, not strong vocally. Will rely on the female vote to progress.

Bo Bruce ***  Very comercial style. Will have to overcome the anti-posh/privelleged brigade.

Max Milner ***  Ex - Stage school, big early following. In a tough group though.

Hannah Berney  *** Likable, but quite invisable so far.1st round exit or dark horse?

David Julian ****  Tough group but huge chance if overcoming that handicap.Value maybe gone now.

When you look at Danny's group Hannah really has an impossible task.

She really should be 100 plus if you were to calculate her survival odds against these guys each week.  Possibly the worst value left

Good idea. Unfortunately I think the liquidity will be pants as usual but hope I'm wrong. The ratings look good but whether anyone will be rushing to have a bet at this stage who knows?

I'd be narked if it was worse than say strictly

Surely attracts XF punters more than SCD

Well it hsn't attracted any X factor type forum response yet GB and I wonder if they are all happy watching BGT. Should be intellectually their level more than the voice Laugh

Good stuff with the write-up Hems.

4 stars for Vince is the one I'd disagree with most. He'd be lucky to get one from me. Is he Storm's lovechild?

And wb GB you old **** Grin

Can't see Vince being popular on here. Or with the blue rinse voters

As for Becky she speaks like she has aspergers rather than an asbo

He's single figues what more do you want?

I can see who won't win, but I'm really struggling find someone to back beyond Fanny Woo.

Everytime I watch Becky and her demolition of Pinky & Perky I want to back her, but know it's a crazy bet.

Best bit of TV this year. Especially the full version. Pity it's not up on youtube as yet.

Becky sounds like she has just graduated from Fagin's child gang.I'm beginning to understand the case for her though.....in the words of the musical's song " I'm reviewing, the situation, can a villain be a villain all he life .....?"

Main reason for backing Becky would be the lack of competition in her team. I'm fairly neautral on her but then I didn't see the auditions. Just from the battle round its hard to see why she should be this marmite character

The full version is up. Not very good quality unfortunately.

She's hardly the MOR , 'safe' type who wins these sort of shows, Bex

Someone who says ' I get angry and screamy and don't know why afterwards' are hardly the words of someone you'd be confident the GBP would vote for.

Virtually all my bets have been placed pre-battle show (just had another group bet though).Always assuming you could get on,there was some fantastic prices as the spoilers broke. There's a real chance I won't bother playing the b/f market until the later stages.Having said all that,if I do play now,my main angle would be accessing the strong and weak groups and acting accordingly.

It's livening up then Grin

If betfair had added runners as they won their battles then they might have taken much of the money that ended up on the highstreet.
Unfortunately, these days they seem more interested in dreaming up new arcade games than running a betting exchange

same boat as you Hemsby,I knew the results a while back so laid out a fair few quid and even set foot in betting shops for the first time in years to get as much as possible on, so now just seeing how it develops and go from there.
Probably get done by one of the rags lol
