A bit of a balls-up from BF there - settling the match at the end of the ninth frame.

They obviously didn't realise that it was a best of 11 as they only had frame odds markets for the first 8 frames.

It's the same for this afternoon's match so i'll try and get on the case to get it changed (not sure what their CS dep't will be like on a Saturday morning!)

Totally confused here as only joined the match in the 'last' frame and saw 1.31 available to back Yuan for the match when he was certain to win the 'last' frame, but then all bets were taken out with Yuan settles as the winner. Other sites also have him as winner as in best of 9 frames.

If other sites had it as a best of 9 as well then it must be a mistake from the WST rather than just BF.

All matches this week up until today were best of 9 so somebody has forgotten the extra frames for the Semi!

Just looking at my account it looks like all bets in match odds have been cancelled (I am showing £0.00 P/L).

The bets I had in the frame odds markets are settled correctly.

Just got off a chat with CS - the frames are now correct for this afternoon's match.

The Wikipedia page for the match also has it as best of 11 with the live pictures having (11) signifying first to win 6 frames. There was a few grand, as I recall, available to back Yuan when he'd won the 9th frame, FREE money in hindsight... because seconds later it was settled as a winner with no 1.01 on the Lay side as normally appears in these instances.

I have just seen that they have resurrected the match odds so it will be re-settled at the end. That's a shame as I was a few quid down!Laugh

Hmmmm........

My bets aren't showing in the market now but it must be the old market as it is showing £43k matched.

The fella on Live Chat took a hell of a lot of convincing that it wasn't already over!

Very well, thanks, mate!  I have actually managed to see quite a bit of snooker over the last few weeks, but generally if I'm here, I'm doing other bits, so haven't been getting involved too much.

How are things with you?  Hope you're winning.

Good to hear.

I haven’t been getting massively involved either – Thursday was the first day I saw any of this tournament.

It seems too much work for too little reward now so I fit it in when it suits rather than 24/7.

Yeah, I've not noticed an uptick in available liquidity when I have been around, sadly!

Crazy old match, that last one!

Yeah - I hope somebody's keeping an eye on Robertson!
