5 yoyos on Hossein @ 2.3g'l me & any snooka puntas :) |
By:
looking good so far
By:
Yep, think odds were reflecting rankings though (Si 15, Hoss 32) - but I'd agree that didn't (obv now) reflect their actual chances here.
By:
Could have got even better price at 3-1 down though!
By:
its not priced up on rankings
By:
Not always, but 1.8 Si looked like it was.
By:
vafaei has lost more matches than he's won this ssn
only kowalski & pang junxu have worse scoring stats he's inferior to si on all metrics, not that si is good |
By:
On fairly recent stats fair enough, but he got a QF most recent tournament, would have been mad to ignore longer term ability given that.
By:
or ignore Si's pretty mediocre form leading up to this...
By:
up to you stu if you want to over-value the most recent match/tournament played to make your bets
but if this match was played again next week vafaei wouldn't be fav |
By:
he's rammed up in grade from here on in anyway
judd R2 then selby/wu yize QF |
By:
I meant on longer term views, plus a recent upturn in form (QF) he certainly had ability to beat a Si in poor form (as he was) - hence the 1.8 looked to be based nearer to rankings values instead of those criteria.
By:
longer term than 2 years?
By:
It's tricky to give an exact value of course. But, that's what betting's about really, isn't it...
By:
Must admit I find both these players slightly tricky to weigh up.
By:
I don't like either of them tbh
By:
Both have quite a 'range' in what level they play at, which makes them both very 'difficult' yes!
By:
hope you played up your winnings
By:
Would Si still be fav if they played next week ?
By:
if they voided all matches & re-started the comp again next week?
yes vafaei wouldn't be fav |
