365 knew he was going to play well this week. Been short (based on available evidence, IMHO) all week long up to today.
JB's got a formidable record against Oli, 23 frames played 18 won. For all he's put in an improved showing this week, his numbers are still a good way short of JB's and allied with the H2H numbers, I suspect we're looking at another Slessor replay of yesterday.
No idea what the song was that Oliver came into - had the sound down low - but maybe it was - All of the Lights - Lyrics = "All of the lights, all of the lights" I thought it was saying "Oliver Lines, Oliver Lines" - thought that's some confidence he's got there!
V low grade affair so far. JB extremely slack, playing like he has little to no respect for the Lines Jr game.

1.0 JB - 33 min opener - At least Oliver had some time at the table and also saw JB miss a few.

Crowd needs the MSI more than the players - 4-0 JB. Not as though Higgins played particularly well - Lines could/should have taken frames with the chances he's had.

the way snooker is now, so dumbed down, that the 85 world final final frame would have been called a rerack after 20 mins
there was a time a few years back when reracks were just for stalemates, now the players seem to want them even when there are balls awkward
JohnBoy having his mug of cocoa and nodding off while watching these two reracking their way past midnight.
allen used to be good to watch when he had the green waistcoat and was fat, now he is probably one of the most boring on the circuit
He was entertaining for the first couple of tournaments that he won after losing the weight. It's only since that he's become a dreadful, tedious watch. Just wish he'd play snooker, because he will outscore most when he takes the handbrake off.

No messing about with that one - all or nothing
Allen played better as the match went on - couple frames in first with breaks but couldn't get over the line in them. Well done Selby though for clearing up.

Selby taking a week to take a shot seems to be a thing of the past. Allen also after the MSI yesterday playing quicker like years ago. As you said Lat so much better to watch.
It's a nice weapon to have in your armoury IF you need to go to it, but it definitely shouldn't be his first thought (either of them, TBH).

Johnboy smacking himself in the face and then trying to snap his cue all to kill a fly was obviously the highlight of the match.
Enjoyed the week - ballsed the final up - but the week was good.

Last week i was certain he was going to reture,then this week it continued in three matches of trash snooker,the fron nowhere plays absolutely fantastic,the way he is cueing is crazy the power he's getting is unreal..He's lost weight as well,don't know if thats thriugh strss and anxiety or getting fitter,hope it's the latter.
