As has been the case for the last couple of seasons, mate, there's two CLs a year. The season-opener is this 128-man ranking event 5hite with the draw, and then the one around Xmas/NY is the invitation one without the draw.
I *might* have a look at the markets for the first few matches (it is on FreeSports), but I have other commitments this evening and tomorrow anyway.... |

I didn't realise (or forgot) that they alternated. It shows how much notice I take of these CL competitions!

The one and only meaningful involvement I've had, BF went and voided because they fact up turning the market in-play.... (even though the tab was green in Gruss)
VERY thin on the ground (not unexpected) |

Yeah, I had a quick look yesterday and it was tumbleweed so gave it a miss.

Seems to be the same this year with nobody interested. Not having live vid through here doesn't help but the draw involvement is rather off putting. Thought it might inprove after the first few weeks - if anything it's got worse.

2024 and we have a pre match £50k backer solely on both Maguire matches today, both matched.
Game 1 vs Ryan Davies Mags been matched: 1.54 £106.72 1.55 £47,604.74 1.56 £1,670.41 About to go 3-0 down. No other bets pre match on any of the other matches. Basically zero liquidity in play too Takes on Dean Young later and been matched at: 1.4 £907.95 1.49 £13.81 1.5 £49,682.17 |

Milkman v Boiko
1.5 £18.04 £7.92 1.92 £12.00 1.95 £0.72 2.2 £50,872.77 2.22 £0.83 Can only assume it's someone moving money about between accounts? (poss for PC avoidance?) Surely you wouldn't get £50k matched on this cannon fodder even if the price was massively out? It is the very definition of a quiet market. |

My first instinct too, huge lay put up in near empty market and all almost immediately taken (i think!) suggests a bit of money shifting. Seems a likely way to get an account closed down though, I'd imagine there must be more discreet ways of moving your funds around, 1.01s and such like?

You would certainly think BF would have automated systems looking out for such behaviour.
|
|
By:
And if it's not, they've done about £75k in two days

I would think so mate, especially if as you suggested, the motive is to evade pc which definitely seems likely. In the highly unlikely event it somehow escaped their radar, the folk emailing them about it yesterday, as mentioned on several twitter threads, should definitely have woken them up

Milkman v Higgo now, too

Another loser

Ah, it's all clear now. Geezers conducting a big experiment - start with £55k and see how many times you can swap it back and forth before it's all gone on commission!

2 £40.50 £23,299.75
2.5 £1,250.00 2.52 £26,274.87 Umut Dikme Definitely someone moving money between accounts as money never up there (and would be for ages in these markets even if way out as Lats said). Surprised they've been allowed to get away with it. |
