No one seems to bring this up but it seems morning and afternoon Betfair claim they are showing live pictures from the snooker. Very occasionally they do and usually i have to go to one of the games not being played to find them - but too many times they just never appear!
I know there are other sources for the videos but it seems a strange policy from Betfair.
Can hardly be the best advert for a company trying to boost turnover?

I have noticed the same. Somewhat frustrating as I have just about exceeded the minimum bet in order to access it!

It is clear that the issue here occurs when our market operation team perform their necessary administration when matches resume. A fix is scheduled but apparently is not due to be a permanent fix until it's release in a few weeks time.
Our Live Video team have been liaising with our Market Operations team today and apparently this should now be sorted going forward. As I said before; if you see something of this nature again, just get in touch with us on this e-mail address with as much info as possible and we will work to get it fixed. All they have shown is the first session of every match, both semis started yesterday so no sign of them now.
