start of the snooker world championship. the biggest tournament of the year. the snooker markets on betfair dead and the forum dead aswell. doesn't bode too well for the next 2 weeks.

bit of a gubbing on frame 4 winner. there was idiots backing o'sullivan at 1.22 and shorter before the frame even began. was 4/11 with some bookmakers.

Even before he took on that shot, near the start of the frame he was being backed at 1.16!

Crazy stuff....frame betting is for the mentally certifiable, unless your somewhere in the crucible with super strong wifi signal at your fingertips...

I used to clean up on frame betting when I had analogue TV. Not possible now for me with digital and the 4,5 second delay.

Robin Hull could have been a great player, no doubt about that but what on earth are many of these players doing here.
Out of the game for years, winner of 5 matches this season and 4 0f those at the qualifiers.

This is the World Championships and get use to it, this is Hearn and Davis's brave new world of snooker.
In tournament after tournament players that were once good players or some that never were are finding themselves in the draw.
Anyone need more evidence of easy tables and the general dumbing down of the game.
