Ronnie at 7/2 works for me. Not exactly original, but Ronnie and Ding are playing snooker on a different level to the others at the moment.
I reckon Mark Davis at 66/1 could be worth a little back to lay, and perhaps Maflin at 150/1. |

Is it on red button?

Jack Lisowsky and Jamie Cope for a sporting bet 110 and 140 seem reasonable odds.
Cope seemed to have it all about 5 seasons or so ago but not sure he has the head. I know he has got to get past Ding but he has the class and Ding seems very weak at times when he plays over here. Lisowsky can beat anyone on his day. Anyway great Tournament and 147s seem likely. |

Yes one of my favorites shame they reduced the frames.
A few years back before the bbc made those drastic cutbacks the coverage was from start to finish each day and in between matches you were taken to many of the clubs with such a great history and you met all the oldies that groomed many of the great welsh players and listened to the stories they had to tell. They were the days ![]() The tournament is moving to cardiff next year. |

How did Sam Baird lose that? Went 1.04 , no bottle

Terry Griffiths and The great WT commentating on bbc wales. sky 971.
Reminds you how close the world championship is ![]() Looks as if the advertised times for coverage are not set in stone because 2pm it was supposed to start but its already on. Mind you the old woman Matthew Stevens is playing so him being welsh might have something to do with it. |

Wanted to back Maguire when he was 2-3 down to Baird but was too greedy or not brave enough. Anyway, who is interested in watching Trump vs Burnett when there are two legends of the game playing at the same time? Higgins vs Doherty. Even Michael White against Xiao Guodong would have been more interesting to watch than Trump beat Burnett easily.
