Aye, should be a cracker! I tipped Robbo at the start of the week (without having a penny on), but think I'm coming down just slightly in favour of Selby today.
Think he's been just a tiny bit more consistent over the course of the week.

Well, I for one didn't see it being one-sided like this. Robbo definitely benefited from the run of the balls in the opening session. Will they turn in the second? Either way, Selby has to play much better than he has so far, which of course he's more than capable of doing.

The Magic Sign are currently going 11/10 on Selby (+5.5)which is effectively a race to 4 frames. We should expect to see a regression to the mean after the interval and historically Selby has won 58% of the frames between them and has a higher tour win %age. When you factor in the famous Selby comeback effect I find it hard to believe that he is now the outsider for each frame which odds of 11/10 imply.

Jesus Christ, Neil! I trusted you not greening out at 6-1 and you're doing this to me now? The truth is Selby has had the main say in it, though, so fair play to him.

I'm aware of that, but even if it goes 6-6, there's still the factor that Robertson wants this title more than Selby due to the fact he's been waiting for one since 2010 while Selby won 4 this season already.

You said yourself, most of it since the interval has been taken out of his hands. He's not done a huge amount wrong. Just means more pressure when the chances do come, and, of course, he obviously lost the PTC Grand Final from 3-0 up against Ding, which might not help.
