I think you are probably right but wont be puting my life on it.

The positives are plenty though, his potting does not need any attention and he has bags of time and he will get more youngsters involved in the game.

Defeats are something that do not seem to hurt him too much but that will change.

The longer the matches the less i can see anyone beating him and probably the bigger the match the better he will play.There aren't many who can play on centre stage and equally there aren't many that can take out the 60 clearences from nowhere when needed,trump can.I couldn't possibly back him at this stage but if he makes the final regardless of who he would play,i think he would win over that many frames can afford to  throw a few away.

It's a long two weeks and there's plenty of time to play himself into top form. Reaching the final last year would have given him the experience needed to go one better this time.

I think he's going to reach the final again this year and a match against O'Sullivan or Robertson over the best of 35 frames will be a final worth watching.
