In the last 36 hours we have experienced some issues that have resulted in downtime of our products. This is not in line with the high standards we hold ourselves accountable to.
The issue was related to a hardware problem which led to network routing problems. These issues are understood and being actively worked on. Should we need to switch out components we will make an announcement regarding scheduled downtime but at this point we do not envisage any more unplanned outages.
