Anyone remember these from way back in the day, when it was a separate rugby league forum: Stanley Unwin NASHWAN RLKingpunter Poxchange TheBullster King David Solomona Nudger Daz The Man
The Man , gave some great information, dont know what happened to him. Also remember RLKingpunter. Dont remember the rest .Do remember though when the Rugby forum was vibrant and a great source of knowledgeable information. Always remember when some "rich" punter tried to lay the draw on games at heavily inflated prices but was soon taken to the cleaners by the forum , great days.Lots of chat those days cant understand why its so hard to get people talking about the sport.

I went to a separate meetup in London, met the Visionary, RugbyMan and a few others, for quite a few beers! Times are much different now though, with reduced liquidity on the exchanges, and generally tougher margins when you can get on with the bookmakers. Trading now seems impossible, even on popular televised games. Back then, a Sky subscription with sport pretty much included everything, now you need at least several subscriptions if you want to see most of the action. Hence the reason for the sad decline of this forum.

I remember NASHWAN, I think he was either Greek or Turkish.
A big Liverpool supporter who was a frequent visitor to London casinos and liked a brass or two when he had a winning night. He made the very first post when the forum changed from a rolling forum with all sports mixed up together to it's current form.
