Chiefs beat themselves. Too many penalties given up.  The yellow cards no help either

Yes you are right Kriskin, obviously glad financially that the Crusaders won but have to agree the Chiefs were their own enemy. But saying that they were warned countless times by the Ref about infringing. Think the big decision of yellow carding Sam Cane at the end made the result almost inevitable, beacuse up till then the Chiefs looked the winners.

Yes Hunt it should be a good tournament with quite a few teams in with a chance of glory. Group stages will see a lot of one sided games but when we get to the knock out phase things will get very interesting.

My only worry is the amount of red cards we will get with the TMO in operation. I understand that the players safety is of paramount importance. Hopefully it does not ruin the spectacle too much.

Hopefully we will see a bit of interaction on the Rugby forum for a change, if not us old stalwarts will keep it going. Grin

They are trying out an orange card I believe this year .A definite red if it is dangerous and a yellow if its not to bad. Then an orange one if not sure and then after 10 minutes it can be upgraded to a red or just stay as a yellow. That might help with all the dicey decisions

Thanks for the info Hunt. So basically gives them more time to assess the seriousness of the incident. Going to have to be extra careful with in running bets.

Only trouble is there is hardly any money in running nowadays. Dont know if you were here about 12 years ago but there was a Mr Big putting up huge sums laying the draw.
He got caught a few times and a lot of the rugby formites made tidy sums. There was a great Rugby forum then but most have gone (probably spending their winningsHappy)

Oh yes i remember the draw layer. Happy days !! Grin I've been here pretty much from the start, joined in Summer 2001 and can see you were not far behind pal. Cool

As for the liquidity, hopefully it will improve on the domestic action given its the World Cup.
