France have a totally new squad with something like 19 uncapped players called up and a host of big names missing out under new coach Fabien Galthié
They have also won the last 2 editions of the world under 20 world cup and most of their new caps have played in those tournaments
its obviously a big step up to being a senior international but i reckon France are this years dark horse

Apart from England every other side is in transition .. plus France have now installed Shaun Edwards as their defence coach
For me there is huge value in backing the England / France forecast and dual forecast .
They play england first in Paris in a few weeks .. win that and they might even go all the way
