This match will be much closer than people think.
Wales looked mediocre against England for 70 mins and have weakened team.
Fiji are average to decent.
So, a big lay @1.17, trading back in at perhaps 1.4 or 1.5 for me! :-)

a completely different scenario for Wales

no need for much motivation playing England as underdogs but playing Fiji as massive favorites provides a lot of pressure-a nation now expects

I think that Fiji having had 3 more days break might also make a difference

Wales may well win but aren't value at current odds I agree with trader

Wales should win, but will obviously be wary of the physical threat and explosive running of the Fiji backline.  Expect them to try to keep the score down.
U47.5 total points at about evens is the bet for me here.

Agreed with all, right to be faves but too short. As a Wales supporter, rather annoyed by the relatively short break they have been given after that tough encounter on Saturday (harrumph!) This another tough encounter and more injuries to contend with. Contemplating playing Fiji +17.5pts, but not sure at the moment. Will be nervous so may just watch!

tbh loads of people are thinking this will be close/Fiji have a good chance etc. A shame really as it has spoiled the price a bit.

nobody has mentioned the bonus points yet but surely it is vital for Wales to win AND get the bonus point

I'd be amazed if Biggar can back up his performance from Saturday.Fiji just have to many errors in them for me to think they will have enough to beat Wales today.I actually think Wales will win this with some ease.

It's a must win for Wales because they are sure to get another battering here. They wont have a lot left when the Aussies pitch up.

Can see this opening up like the 2007 game, Wales just have to get the 4 tries. Fiji more than capable of getting a few themselves. O 47.5 for me, hopefully something like a 35-25 scoreline.

fiji are missing key players themselves. if wales are patient and can build a lead they have every chance of picking up a BP. it may be late in the game but chasing it from the off and forcing things wouldn't be smart.

bobby - go with what you feel - last two caps I've bet have both been wrong.  I've done a lot better sticking to match odds.  Mind you I have known that for about 10 years Laugh

How Wales gets a home game seems pretty unfair to me.

they should be playing Australia in Cardiff.

4 years ago Wales had to play all their games in an alien environment.

I just can't see Wales blowing this, they will feel it's job done with one more big effort.

If Wales win today and Australia beat England they go through.

I don't think they should have any home games. England are the hosts not Wales.

Aussies iknitially said yes cat then when Wales nearly (should have) beaten them several times they spat out their dummy, threw all the toys and changed their minds

Slightly off topic, but on the subject of handicaps I must say I like the look of Argentina -20 against Tonga on Sunday.

Wales playing on a different level to Fiji, any victory over England at home is prove enough.

Think most on here are reading this game totally wrong.

I expect a comfortable Wales win .
