Vis this Irish team is good. France are fooking woeful. England chucked it last week.
How on earth did this shower scraoe a win against England last week? Scotland nailed on for the wooden spoon by this showing.
Still unimpressed by France.Castro will get taken off soon and he has been one of Italys best players.
Hoping the Italians run out of steam second half done a bit of defending. But they dont seem to tire quite like they used to.
Fra are an easy team to work out. You back them when not fancied and lay them when a walkover is predicted. Been like this as long as I have been betting. I remember not too long ago Wales going to Paris well into odds on during week 3 I think. Went off about 4/6 and sure enough the home team turned up right on cue.
So close there to profiting on a 15 Ita / Fra back which looked the standout value pre match (along with Draw / Fra at 38!)

Match in question was week 3, 2009. A friday night game and the Welsh hotpots lost 21-16. Don't think anybody has been favs in Paris since.
True that Viz always stay within the cap agaisnt the all blacks as well when there underdogs.

You beauty layed a quite a bit on Italy+19 @1.4 get back more than I lost on the underporming Welsh

I always feel sorry for the team initially infringed against in those circumstances. You've got to be bloody disciplined not to react to that.
Trinh-Duc is reputed being weak upstairs, going badly through big games. Today choice n°3 or 4 for 10, behind Talès, Plisson and maybe Lopez

these pens are just wasted the clock. Fra should be down to 12 for sure now.
2 many stoppages in play here , i'm sure rugby from the 70's and 80's didnt have all these unnecessary stoppages

There were plenty of stoppages in the 70s and 80s for endless knock-ons, scrums, and props blowing their noses then delaying game as the put handkerchief back in pocket.

No nothing like that, but there is a rose tinted view of rugby in the 70s and 80s. Vast swathes of play from that era were unwatchable on surfaces that made Murrafyield look like a bowling green.
UL cap backers. Some of the bigger lines came in though for the brave. Unfortunately not for me as I was greedy and wanted the +35 which was never available to me.

Game was far better when 14 v 13. Rugby Union would be better full stop with 13 on the pitch.
