Leeds available at 2.92 Melbourne at 1.59.
1.59 is a very, very short price for a side that hasn't played since September and Leeds have a huge home advantage with Melbourne travelling across the globe for tomorrow nights game. Throw in a forecast temperature of -1 it could be a very tough night for the team of Melbourne Stars. Not only that but the key three players of the Melbourne side Smith (Broken Nose two week ago) Cronk (back problem) Slater (ankle and shoulder). Four members of last years final winning side have left the club and Matt Duffie, Kevin Proctor and Maurice Blair are all missing due to hamstring, knee and cheekbone injuries respectively suffered in their last trial game before this clash. The betting world really has a poor grasp of rugby league, for the Australian's this is much more of an exhibition / warm up game for their domestic season whereas the programme has been set up for Leeds to build up towards this game. Leeds will be without Bailey, Hardaker and Ben Jones-Bishop which are set backs but Leeds key trio of Sinfield / Burrow / McGuire have started the season well. The injuries will mean Watkins will play full back and Carl Abblett at centre, both players of International quality who will fair fine in these positions. The bookies will have seen Leeds lose to Castleford two week ago and wrote their chances of in this game but that is always a tough game for Leeds there as Castleford treat that game like a cup final, statistically they lose 80% of there games after playing Leeds showing they leave nothing in the tank after this fixture every year. For me this has to be a lay of Melbourne, Leeds, love or hate them have more big game experience than any side in club rugby featuring in the last two Challange Cups and Grand Finals and with everything in their favour the odds of 2.92 are too big too turn down.
This of-course is all my opinion! I wouldn't mind seeing what any other RL punters have to say!

officials keeping it close lol (i,m with leeds and grateful!)
Leeds keep hanging on. If Melbourne are a bit away from full fitness we could have a big finish.

Storm different class really , give it another 3 weeks time . The win would be by 20+
some leeds players just not quite good enough, kirke , achurch, lulu, moon, vickery
FFs feel like I,ve been dry bummed how did the storm not win that by 6 even with the poor officials
