Never mind the quality, feel the width.

1 x ITM
2 x 4 Nations
2 x Aviva
2 x SL

It's nicely back to back over 7 games, with some Ruby Murray and RoboCop action bubbling under away from the main stage.  There's even a French game on the one man and his dog channel.

That was terrible defending from Worcester. The one thing you could say about this game was that the defending was solid.

Finally though, something positive.
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 3:01 PM BST
Got to question why Carlisle kicked away a good counter opportunity before that try. Carlisle and Arr are two of the worst players I have ever seen in the premiership.
Report suitangi September 15, 2012 3:07 PM BST
took 65 minutes but turning in to a half decent game now
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 3:08 PM BST
4 chances for Worcester now where they have had the extra man and not once has Carlisle drawn a man before passing. He doesn't even run straight.

This has draw written all over it. Cry
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 3:14 PM BST
I've completely lost the will to live. Blunder after blunder after blunder. Worcester have gone early at scrums 6 times now I think. How can you do that????
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 3:18 PM BST
hells bells somebody got a quid on the draw at 660
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 3:19 PM BST
a 1.01 busted then but only for a few hundred
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 3:21 PM BST
I laid 1.01 but still lost on the game

Incredibly dubious finish to a game that was a complete lottery due to reffing and atrocious ball skills. I hope I never have to sit through anything like that again.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 3:22 PM BST
Such a shame that that is the draw.  Tucked away, nobody betting and no more than a score ever between the teams Cry
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 3:23 PM BST
One thing is certain - Sarries v Leic will not be worse than that.

I'm chancing the overs, but have put it in a double with overs in the Wasps game.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 3:30 PM BST
Nobody at BF watching the actual game?
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 3:33 PM BST
I've seen more decent play in 2 mins here than I did in the first 60 of the last game.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 3:39 PM BST
Somebody is very keen on laying Leic
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 3:44 PM BST
Another of my least favourite players here, Sam Harrison. Teams seem to keep finding these young scrum halves who look clueless.
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 3:55 PM BST
Shocking start from Farrell. Got Steyn's disease....
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 3:56 PM BST
RM who the hell is this ref?
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 3:58 PM BST
Martin Fox. Was listed as Greg Garner, so we've gone from a very positive ref to a fairly negative one.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 4:01 PM BST
I never thought to check for ref changes before my bet Cry
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 4:02 PM BST
Smith is an absolute carthorse. Has to pass, but doesn't know how.

Great defending here, the difference to last game is that the defences are actually being challenged!
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 4:06 PM BST
This is a total mare from Farrell
Report benny_ROBS_roy September 15, 2012 4:12 PM BST
horrible collapse by connaught here

Check out the colour clash in the Cheetahs v Lions match, an absolute joke.
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 4:14 PM BST
What's the score in that one? Still says 8-7 on my screen
Report suitangi September 15, 2012 4:15 PM BST
8-17
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 4:17 PM BST
This is why I am keeping a track of refs Vis. Some of them just want the game to be played at walking pace. Fox just watches Neil De Kock mess around and not give the ball back, waits for it to calm down and does nothing. Upshot is that 30 seconds and an attacking opportunity are wasted, plus players know they can waste time. What a difference this is to Garner's usual approach.
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 4:18 PM BST
Cheers Suitangi.

That colour clash is absurd Islander! I just saw the try and couldn't work out what happened at first.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 4:18 PM BST
lol Islander. It's been quite a week for kit clashes after the ITM cup game as well.  This one is worse though with both in black shorts.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 4:19 PM BST
here we go - home team changing - makes you wonder though why Lions didn't bring a different kit
Report 1.01 Layer September 15, 2012 4:20 PM BST
Never seen that before.  All change!  Cheetas now in orange.
Report Islander September 15, 2012 4:20 PM BST
Brilliant stuff in the Currie Cup.  Cheetahs being forced to change shirts after interception try by Lions.  Why didn't they wear the orange ones in the first place?

Joe Simpson giving a masterclass in scrumhalf play over in High Wycombe
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 4:47 PM BST
Certainly no scrum half masterclass here. Harrison is killing Leicester.

Quite possible we get 2 draws today. Good thing I haven't laid this one!
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 4:52 PM BST
Bonus point, somehow, for Wasps. Won 43-14 against Irish.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 4:59 PM BST
This game has knackered my double almost from the first 10 to tell the truth.  Much better on the draw this time - thankfully
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 5:07 PM BST
I fell asleep. And it still isn't as bad as the Worcester game...
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 5:14 PM BST
that is an astonishing miss from Hodgson
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 5:16 PM BST
2 draws then, and I have lost money on them. Had a bunch recently a single score away from  a good pay out as well.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 5:22 PM BST
I've done OK but if you said to me at the start of the day there would be too draws I would have been totally excited.  Both were about as bad as they could be though in terms of big market movement Cry

Right just about got time to work out how big the blow-out in SL is going to be Silly
Report suitangi September 15, 2012 5:27 PM BST
Benny Westwood the most notable absentee, think Wire are too short here personally
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 5:29 PM BST
Makinson, Wheeler, Jones, Meli does not equal a good backline to me though. Could be exposed defensively against maybe the best attacking team around.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 5:34 PM BST
Saints are going to have to up their game. They were pretty awful last week v 12 and the spectre of a second bite doesn't sit well on this match.
Report suitangi September 15, 2012 5:39 PM BST
Similar teams to that took to the Halliwell in March when Saints won by 12, Shenton & Gardner were on the right edge that night though. No doubting Wire are deserved favs but at the current price I'm a layer
Report suitangi September 15, 2012 5:51 PM BST
someone wants 25k on wire @ 1.33 Shocked
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 5:54 PM BST
Right this is getting silly now.  1.31 laid for a bit but also a back of the draw as another means of opposing the hotties

Warrington certainly looking dangerous out wide already. Not making so much ground down the middle though.

Report suitangi September 15, 2012 6:24 PM BST
massive blow for wire if he doesnt come back on
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 6:27 PM BST
Good try Warrington, could see that coming. My thinking is that without Carvell Warrington may get a bit of a lead, but will struggle to hold onto it.
Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 6:31 PM BST
Stevo still at it. See it in slow motion and it's clear that McCarthy has robbed the ball before Wood joins in. Nothing can change his mind when it's made up.
Report TheVis September 15, 2012 6:34 PM BST

Report RugbyMan September 15, 2012 6:52 PM BST
I would take that. Starting to think that I should have backed the drop goal though.

Would be good to know whether Carvell is coming back or not?
