Am I the only one who is stunned by the price? I had expected the market to love Warrington and make them 1.3 but 1.2??? Have Catalans refused to turn up?
I would have backed Catalans at anything down to 2/1 so the current price is a total gift for myself.
Warrington have been below par this season and could easily be distracted by their Cup semi on Sunday. Meanwhile, Catalans know that two wins this week would see them three points ahead of Warrington, and look to have guaranteed themselves second spot, which is a huge advantage.

That's certainly what I thought Vis. That championship thing of the Video ref talking though his thought process can't come quick enough to Superleague.

hmmm, hard as it may be to see Cats scoring too many, that doesn't really matter too much when it is only 6-0. Frenchies got to be v happy with that first effort.
If I was Tony Smith I would take ratchford off, let higham stay at hooker for the rest of the game and move m.monaghan to partner O'Brien in the halves

As a pre-match Cats backer, I'd be happy to cancel my stake now.
"frenchies got to be v happy with that effort" - if they've backed themselves at the odds I agree but presume they're looking to win the game - I'd argue that given wires' lack of penetration in final 3rd cats should be disappointed with their indiscipline and lack of ball retention in the tackle

I still think only one try down after plenty of Wire pressure is a right result from the away team. OK it wasn't pretty and they didn't do a lot of good themselves in attack but they are well in the hunt still.

Brilliant, they've seen that one. Was forwards for sure, but most the time that doesn't matter.

defence has been good to watch, some nice hits but needed a little bit more attacking flair for it to be a "classic" as Sky are having us believe
poor fair tbh seeing as the position in the table both have but hey a win or loose at this time of the season dont really matter seeing as more than 50% make the play-offs & have multiple chances. sides are already in post season & jus getting players back to fitness / keeping 'em safe. too long a season as we know.
impressed with wire's defensive effort tonight. If you man up against cats' pack they look very average, as wire showed in challenge cup.
It certainly wasn't a bad match by standards set this season. Been some shockers, but this was at least competitive and the players looked like they knew what they were doing.

Decent game for a change, Catalan will be tough in the playoffs, Wire seem to do just enough, some strange "hometown" decisions as well for good measure!
