Think they will lack some imagination in the mid field. Manu is good but doesnt strike me as a thinking man's rugby player.

A better line-up than Hodgson-Farrell-Barritt though surely?

VERY ONE DIMENSIONAL THINKING IMHO!

They clearly are running scared of Roberts/Davies and their ability to feed North and Cuthbert and Halfpenny...

It is therefore purely defensive in my opinion and will restrict their attacking options...

It also dangerously under estimates the flair the Welsh have at 9-15.....indeed at 6-8 too.....

Erm.....I dunno I'm not the England Coach or do I support England despite being born there...mind you the England 15 starting to look like the cricket 11...a league of nations

I just feel his selection is reactionary and one dimensional...

so Flood , at 10....

I'd not have discarded Flutey so quickly and kept Farrell at i/c as he could get absolutely hammered by the Welsh flankers playing at 10....

So it's one dimensional and reactionary but you can't come up with a better alternative? Fair enough, you're no England supporter, but maybe we should wait and see how they play before slating them as a combination?

Flood, Flutey and Farrell?..... Lol...

It just shows how bereft of talent England are......

In that case I'm amazed you've allowed Wales to get as big as 1.7. To you it must be FREE MUNNY.

Wales beat Ireland through Roberts and Davis with North off his wing in the centre, up against a smaller D'arcy and McFadden, Barritt and Tuilagi should have that covered as it's one of Wales' main go-to moves.

Add Tommy Bowe to that list too. His defence was nothing short of disgraceful. I do not see England falling off anywhere near the same amount of tackles as Ireland and Scotland did.

Agree fully, aside from his missing tackles, Bowe seems to play to a different defensive system to the rest of the backline.

Flood as your man Worcester -  come on???  Did you see the way he "stepped up the mark" last week for Leic and was just crying out to take a shot at the winning DG?  PMSL Laugh

I can't work out how Flood is a better option defensively of offensively. He must be doing things that I keep missing. And Flutey can't have been injured for the best part of 3 years.

Don't worry boys, worcesterwally is a refugee from the politics forum. Anybody who thinks that Farrell won't man up isn't playing with a full deck. Anybody would think he was a shrinking wallflower. Laugh

Farrell, Barritt and Tuilangi

OR Flood, Hape, and Tindall

what a no brainer
