Forecast is 5 degrees at game time. Maybe some very light drizzle. I'd be surprised if there's any lying snow still around. Pitch will surely be in good nick: soft but nowhere near traditional 1970s winter calibre.

No Superleague tips in the Post today, just some team news and general observations.
The Rugby League column majors on the Northern Rail Cup and the only tips are on the outright market, with Leigh suggested at 6/1 and Batley being considered worth a saver at 10/1. No match recommendations at all. |
