The 'enshittification' of all the things continues - and it won't stop there

Rough rice futures up 80% this year

They'll scream climate change at you but this is what happens when you debase currency - never mind yer Rice Krispies - plenty Africans will starve

I was thinking more of a commercial  Disaster for Kellogs with this announcement , The price of Rice Crispies is too high as is

Own brands half the price , and little difference

Are Africans dependent on Asian Rice ? I think they grow their own rice

ton, we are seeing so many products degraded sheerly down to base cost of ingredients/materials + energy issues

margins squeezed making price points unacceptable to the public - therefore quality must diminish

it ain't climate change, it ain't Iran has nuclear capabilities - this is a man made problem caused by debasement driving commodities higher - inflation (which is a great swerve for 'debasement) is a choice - and the Fed chose - add liquidity on steroids for ever more and be damned with our stable prices mandate for the people bs

It won't go away until we get served a new system - which will be just as bad or even worse in many ways....

I can't think of one product from the last 30 years that's better quality or even just the same

Commercial disaster it might be but they ain't got a choice

Yep Africans just a figure of speech - bottom 20 % gonna be hungrier already - where does it end ?  It doesn't
