Now, the media describe anyone slightly to the left of Andy Burnham as hard left, that's how far the overton window has shifted right. Corbyn, basically a moderate social democrat, is described as hard left, which is laughable.

Corbyn is far left, he is a Marxist. He called Marx a great economic thinker and he has appointed Marxists and Communists. His rhetoric is class struggle, and anti-imperialist and he has close ties with people who praise Marxist philosophy. It is in fact the case that the Overton window has shifted so far to the left they are calling Marxists moderates. Lefties are bonkers.

Trump is just the same as Corbyn, always talking about communism and 19th century class struggle

This why Trump has lost popularity, nobody is interested in magaloonies or corbynistas waffling on about maxism and class struggle.

I thought it was just a measure of how much someone hates the tories. If you respectfully disagree with their policies then youre probably centre left. If you start dribbling and frothing at the site of a blue tie then youre probably hard left

The one on the right Is on the left - that's what Johnny Cash said about the weavers, and he was spot on.
