Unfortunately, we are living through the culmination of 100 years of the marxists infiltrating and undermining all aspects of Western Judeo-Christian society. They have finally reached critical mass, the tipping point being their recent alliance with islam

TV, Films and Music definately. TV and films now full of mixed race couples, 5ft 2in 7st women knocking 9 kinds out of ex-marines. Comedy thats well just not funny and music well I dont think we'll ever see anothe Pink Floyd or Rolling stones etc ever again. As the guy on the Fast Show used to say (after the Paul Whithouse brilliant sketches) its all rubbish.

Looking forward to the new Cliffhanger reboot due to be released in Spring next year where Stallone is replaced by a bird.

Banking and telecoms are like the wild west now. "we record your conversation for training purposes" If you have a dispute they can edit the call to suit themslves. How many of us Joe Public record the calls we get from these spivs.

Yes BF, a very clever and amusing guy.  We could certainly do with more like him today as the current comedy scene is deplorable..

Innes left the Rutles to form the Bonzo Dog Doodah Band. Jolity Farm one of their lesser known classic. Wonderful on Do Not Adjust Your Set. Worth a look on youtube. To answer the op- if you fill a receptacle with rubbish. It becomes full of rubbish!

I saw Innes in the town hall in the 80s with a silent magician as the support act. He was playing guitar and piano solo and I think he did the urban spaceman but it was superb anyway. It was a classic seventh python situation.

On the plus side there's not a lot of serial killers around these days, NHS aside, with the advances in CCTV, forensics and criminal databases, makes their job almost impossible.

Slicer - The Bonzos were actually formed in 1962, but not by Neil Innes - he only joined the band the following year.

The Rutles were much later, beginning life in 1975.

Mr Dixie, just my silly sense of humour along the lines of Sir Paul Macca leaving Wings to form the Beatles. I'm actually a popular music aficionado of late 50s, 60s & early 70s. People used to pay for me to be on their team at Supper & Pub quizzes just to answer pop music questions on these years. Days long gone, but the best music in better times. Good luck to you.
