Archers greatest gift to the nation was lying in court and getting jailed for perjury.

Tories never really recovered from him and aitken getting banged up.

They won a few elections, but that was the slippery

He looked in great form in a BBC interview last week. His final novel , Adam and Eve, is actually released tomorrow.

Whatever your views on him, political or otherwise, he certainly lived a full and varied life.

Never met the lad but seen him on telly, came across as certainly you wouldn’t want to have a pint with.
Anybody actually know him on this thread, maybe he’s alright lad ?

Crikey, he was only on the news the other day going on about his final book Adam & Eve. Looked really well. Sure he was about to do a promo tour with it. Liked his short story collection books. Had a life for sure.
