Never mind your politics, list what you think actually attracts the boat people to England rather than France, Germany etc.
They already speak the lingo
They know it's easy to find a job in the black economy
They know the immigration system is overloaded and if they can stay out of prison there is next to no chance of being deported.

They were victims of the French Indo Chinese conflict after USA failed interference. The problem with the current asylum seekers is it's not generally clear where they are from. Think it's unfair to compare. The French seem to be a common demoninator . They left UK no choice but to leave EEC (EU) , many countries like Poland can get away with accepting very limited overseas asylum seekers whilst getting all the benifits of EU membership (whatever that is). 5 I know it's a complicated issue but to me the French live a charmed existence at expense of others. Macron now seems like chief spokesman for EU. Any one off to see the Tapestry? See where it all started to go pear shaped, what a disaster. |

Soros funding init adding to all the other pull factors like benefits. I don't think Soros prefers people to come to UK over other European countries though, he wants open borders everywhere and global governance.

I suppose the main thing that draws them here in preference to other European countries is the generous benefits but it's also to do with the ease that they can stay here and the likelihood they will be well treated which has been made much easier by people like Soros.

Ultimately it is the politicians job to take enough action to stop the boats. Politicians are not being held to account for not doing their job. If you want to stop the boats, you have to make the politicians do it. |
