That and his comments re the Falklands seems to be sheet stirring in the wake of israeli settler sanctions.

The DUPs holding that banner for Trumps election in 2020 is now very funny, i hope he repeats the United Ireland a few times for the banter

Bottle out when a friend asks for help? Ok, in that case, get ready to lose Las Malvinas and Northern Ireland

Earlier, while answering questions about a Iran, Gaza and a potential united Ireland, Donald Trump was also asked if he spoke to the British Prime Minister Andy Burnham about the Falkland Islands.

"Here we go again," says Trump as he recalls being a young boy when the Falklands War happened.

He says the UK was "a different country at that time" and claims "they went in and they took it over".

"I'm sure I'll be pulled into that potential disaster," he says before insisting if there was an issue in the Falklands he would be able to sort it out.

Donald went a bit further and said 'it may as well happen now'.

I don't think that would be prudent as some may want to relocate to Britain but hard to dismiss his claims.

The Trump lads on here were right all along,he has some terrific ideas.

Deranged? We would still have a leftie president if the left hadn't gone barking mad with lockdowns and transing children and opening the borders.

It would be great to unite all of the Irish people with Ireland again. Permanently.

She has no interest in breaking up the UK
Report lapsy pa September 13, 2026 4:51 PM BST
Shouldn't the re-uniting of the island of Ireland take precedence? You are breaking up nothing except giving up what was taken.
Report Cider September 13, 2026 4:54 PM BST
It is genuinely something that I find difficult to wrap my head around. That mentality. Want to live in a country you don't like, possibly hate. When you could easily live 'where your heart is'.

Could you just imagine the flip side of that. Someone living in Ireland that considers another country is real their home, constantly moaning and b111tching about Ireland and Irish, but does not want to return to their 'home' country, when they could easily do so.
Report lapsy pa September 13, 2026 5:01 PM BST
I don't hate it at all, quite like it really, bar some racists and stupid people who have put the UK in the position it is now at with leaving the single market on the back of imaginary trade deals.
The island of Ireland is just that,it was partitioned against the peoples wishes. Why you think you have a divine right to it is astounding.
Report Cider September 13, 2026 5:06 PM BST
'stupid people' won the biggest democratic vote in the country's history. In spite of mass gaslighting.

And the outcome hasn't been delivered. A decade later.

As far as 'racists' go, every country has them. Most countries, proportionately more than the UK.
Report Cider September 13, 2026 5:11 PM BST
My impression is that you are crazy bitter about the UK. Whatever you may claim. Like so many people living here, it's a cynical choice to remain here.
Report lapsy pa September 13, 2026 5:19 PM BST

My impression is your Irish mother gave you some bating because of what you were and it moulded your posts even on this thread alone.

Many Brits also think it would bee great if Ireland reunited.

NI get £Billions in subsidy from UK every year.
Also Cost the UK £Billions each year in providing security keeping the two cults apart from each other.

Endless fighting and hate bewteen the two major book clubs in the North
(It's the same book with two different covers!? what a bunch of...)

I only just found out that there is still a berlin wall style barrier cutting the capital in half and it's locked at 9pm every night completely dividing the book clubs because they can't be civilised with each other.

II hope no hard feelings with my comments as i think you are intrinsically a good person.
