A Syrian national appeared in court today accused of r8ping a 15-year-old and sexually assaulting another teenager at a hotel in the Midlands.

Ahmad Hania was charged with saxually assaulting two girls - including the r8pe of a 15-year-old - at a hotel in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

The 27-year-old, of King Edward Road, Nuneaton, denied the charges and was told he would face a trial in 2028.

Hania was assisted by an Arabic interpreter as he pleaded not guilty to r8pe and six counts of saxual assault at Warwick Crown Court.

Hania was accused of kissing and saxually touching both alleged victims without their consent and r8ping one of them.

Hania had his bail extended by Judge Tom Rochford and was told his trial, lasting five days, will start on August 1, 2028.

So an alleged r8pist of a child is not considered a danger to the public and will remain on bail for 2 years until their trial but an alleged dinghy burster is a danger to the public and gets remanded.
