He was assaulting women on the Tube , they let him out ,1.01 the oyster Card topped up same day .. The Justice system is not fit for purpose , From day 1 Criminals are Looked at to release them Early Time off for Good behaviour ETC , Should be changed to Time on for bad Behaviour , you do the time you were Given By the Judge or more Estonia offered to take prisoners , send them over IMO ,Send them anywhere , Do the Crime do your Time IMO , No doubt the Human Rights mob Would kick off about Visit Problems .. |

The problem seems to be sytemic. Police, DPP, courts, defence lawyers, prisons, probation. All seem to lean towards the human rights of these truly evil people and do not listen to the public. The streets would be safer with a hungry lion on the loose that this man. At least people would see a lion and recognise the danger.
