No, I live in a lovely place, great scenery, beaches, weather has been decent this year, 2 dog tracks reasonably close, wouldn’t even know how to get to Bournemouth. Football club has been doing well recently though.

I’ve lived in Bournemouth for over 25 years, Eastcliff area, and I can only agree with harry, the change in the last five years or so is beyond disgusting. No longer pop into the local bookies close by as they are now occupied by the illegals from the Roundhouse and Britannia hotels nearby, one office was recently robbed twice by the same hotel dweller, cashier hoping he pleads guilty as she’s worried about giving evidence. Went down the front yesterday, overrun with thousands hardly any looking like me or harry. Walking the streets of a day is much the same. Still, if you fancy a holiday with that “being in a foreign land feel” but don’t fancy the long flight, then just come to Bournemouth.

Not at all, I just think he’s not a very nice guy, of course he is entitled to his opinions, but not sure why they should be on TV and people saying “arry said that” as of it’s the Gospel truth. Ideal reform candidate IMO.

It's always the people who live in places unaffected by this mass influx that say "what's the problem".
It won't be long at the current rate before they are no longer unaffected, but they can't see it.

I believe my town - Bournemouth - has been massively abused in the past by its own councils, taking the Governments shilling, and by the Government itself, far more so than other large seaside towns, it was obviously identified as the perfect dumping ground for accommodation problems with new arrivals. It’s always had a large transient population add to that thousands of tourists coming and going, plus a massive student population thats constantly changing, what better place to dump your problems unnoticed, except now they are being noticed with Bournemouth seldom out the news, murders and rapes are just everyday events now. What’s striking is that I can take, as I now do, a short car or bus ride to some wonderful towns nearby, Wimborne, Ringwood, Christchurch, out into the new forest, And literally spend the day looking at nothing other than what was once considered native faces, just a few miles from Bournemouth but a World away. These are people who used to regularly spend the day in Bournemouth, on the beach or in the town centre, now, if you strike up a conversation with them, they are quick to tell you they no longer visit the place, no doubt most of them still vote cons, Libs , greens, even Labour, after all they think Bournemouths not their problem and it could never happen to their town, could it ?

otally incorrect statement Malaysia is Muslim country, Catholic Churches there.
How many Malaysians rock up on the Kent coast in small boats ?
Malaysia is two thirds muslim, so not equivalent to the likes of Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and Sudan where many of our dinghy arrivals hail from.

Malaysia is a Muslim country, it’s got official Sharia law but there are 3 identities but predominately Muslim. Gargle is allowed for people like ourselves but not for them. Food is brilliant, climate brilliant, I’d recommend it to anybody looking for a different foreign holiday, rather than boring algarve or lanzo.

Why would Malaysians come to Ireland unless they are doctors or nurses who want to experience a new life, culture possibly make better money I assume that’s why British medical staff teachers head for Middle East. Malaysians have not been displaced through war so they have reason to head for Ireland unless it’s professional ambition.
