Why do we state that we know when we don’t know?
To quote Homer “facts smacks” so we do we quote facts even though we don’t know?

Is the human brain a simple muscle to manipulate? Do we know anything although we state fact without actually knowing?
Why do we state a fact that this or that happened without knowing?
We don't know anything until we make an observation. It's a classic Schrödinger's cat situation.
