How can the Government painlessly raise more money?

It's unfair and unsustainable that mega companies like ASDA, Boots, Costa Coffee, Google & Amazon pay no UK tax.

These tax free companies probably account for half of UK's GDP

Much easier and quicker to save money than to raise more. Reduce benefits by 5%. But if you do want more then go after things that people seem willing to spend a lot on like tickets to live music and sports events such as Premier League which always sell out. Stick on another 10% VAT, the organisers/clubs will probably absorb a lot of it.

Have always thought PIP cars should be from one manufacturer, full range of models and we expect a decent discount for giving them the contract, can imagine that would seriously reduce the PIP car costs.
