If a child with 130 violence, gang and weapons school reports goes to a new school,
should the new school be informed about the 130 incidents, as a matter of importance.

Would performing in the school choir help at all?  Always moves me to hear a Welsh choir singing "Calon Lân".

Suspended, issue reported to police,parents and child read the riot act, any further issues instant dismissal, and then the police should prosecute.

Parents should be legally responsible for their childs actions.

Owners of a dog are legally responsible for it, why not a child?

Any child with 130 incidents at a school shouldn't be in any school, the
other kids can never be safe while the miscreant is around. As with Axel,
the wrong un always seems more important than the rest.
