Mr Burnham will not need to go far to witness them. There are loads of rough sleepers in the backyard of his present posh residence. Maybe he'd be persuaded to speak to some of them when he goes jogging outside No 10.

Most of them are alkies and/or junkies. Does he intend putting them in homes next door to regular families?

Utter nonsense , ending means there will be zero rough sleepers , given that thousands dont want to go in hostels or cant stick to any rules in them , it simply cant happen .
