Immigration is good for any country as long as the immigrants contribute to its GDP and social harmony. Some immigrant communities are, but a prominent immigrant community does not. The same community would not even integrate but live in clusters; politically power-hungry (locally and nationally); disrespect our laws; abuses our welfare state; etc.
The same community was kicked out in Kenya, Uganda and possibly soon-to-be Fiji and S Africa. Any immigrant community cannot take over their adopted country / host economically and / or politically esp if the community comes from a region renowned for state corruption, political instability, a broken rule of law, undemocratic, practises nepotism and cronyism aggressively, etc. |
