The public are stopping paying the licence fee in their droves so should the BBC join the 21st century and do a monthly subscription, say £14.99 for catch-up including licence fee.

Gladly pay if they had anything on worth watching. Apart from Wimbledon and snooker the sport is almost non existent and when was the last decent comedy or drama they produced that wasnt full of box tickers?

RTE is great channel for sport in Ireland hopefully that will continue TG4 another great channel, Ireland is more straightforward than UK, if you have television set even if you don’t watch it you need a licence, not sure the price she deals with things like that but I think it will probably be good value,although RTE done dirty on greyhound racing that should never have happened, very very bad behaviour that
