I do not like the stance and aggression of the Israeli military. Palestinians have just as much right to live in the West Bank. Nevertheless, I think the sympathisers of Gaza need to wise up to the fact that Hamas have not been tagged as a "terrorist" group wrongly or mistakenly.

Did Hamas not start this latest episode of conflict? I thought Hamas intruded on a music festival or a gathering of some sort by the Israeli public.

They did, and then ensured the public suffered the consequences, by hiding behind
and underneath them, in their hospitals and their schools.

Hamas also took hostages and used them as pawns.

I think Gaza and the Middle East would be more civilised and with fewer conflicts if the political leaders were women and not the hot-headed men with egos to match.

These places have been in conflict for so long yet have not learnt peace is more favourable to all - economically, financially, a higher standard of living and respected by others. The fighting and conflicts have rendered the countries forever broken with citizens displaced and suffering.
