Your'e just a guesser

Obviously a hugely more complex investigation, compared to whether a gift to a non politician is political. The rules are deliberately written in a way that it could be swung either way, depending on political allegiances.
There should not be any 'standards committee' in a democracy, which makes it so that 'it doesn't matter' what the voters think.
That point has merit tober
But it become moot if the democracy decides to put in place a standards comittee and delegate powers to it as part of it's structure to defend it's integrity.
The clacton democracy delegate their power to the central democracy, it can not pick and choose what ensues
from that delegation.
Therefore your valid argument has been negated by dint of delegation to the point it is void at parliamentary level.
I have not really been following the bin man v farage election till I read the results, I really don’t blame Farage for not celebrating beating bin man because it’s bit of a hollow victory it’s like Man Utd beating Torquay in FA cup at old Trafford but not impressively, it’s a case of we got the job done but it’s up the tunnel as quickly as possible and no back slapping in dressing room.
Then why lie about credible threats?
Maybe reddit has manufactured content, it's highly unlikely anything I am reading is.
As you probably know, the best cons are the ones where the mark doesn't realised he is being rinsed.

Any thoughts on the betting for 2nd by-election? I agree that Reform will be huge favourites to win another by election. However, they could face some challenges, particularly via Restore, who look certain to eat into their vote and aren't that far away from their Great Yarmouth stronghold. Disillusioned tories may return also, under Badenoch, who seems to have steadied the ship recently but without making dramatic progress. Labour and Greens just aren't strong enough here but will still take a fair percent. Taking PIP from the 9627 voters who currently claim won't help Reform chances. There is also the exact reason that a by election may be held in the first place, with the Standards Commission detail being relative.
