Turning up or not, completely irrelevant in the big picture. A total non story.

Well Clydebank that really is the issue here.

That point has merit tober
But it become moot if the democracy decides to put in place a standards comittee and delegate powers to it as part of it's structure to defend it's integrity.

The clacton democracy delegate their power to the central democracy, it can not pick and choose what ensues

The county of Blaenau Gwent, where Ebbw Vale is located, received nearly $200 million (£150 million) in European Union redevelopment funds over a 15-year period leading up to the 2016 Brexit referendum

A465 Heads of the Valleys Road: The EU contributed £79 million toward the wider £900 million dual-carriageway upgrades, including an £82 million package that paid for more than half of the 5-mile section between Brynmawr and Tredegar bypassing Ebbw Vale

The Works Steelworks Regeneration: The EU co-funded a massive £350 million regeneration masterplan to convert the defunct Ebbw Vale Steelworks site. It delivered a new mixed-use development featuring housing, retail space, wetlands, and a learning campus.

Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone: The EU specifically backed the construction of this flagship further education campus located on the former steelworks site

Ebbw Vale Town Centre Regeneration: The European Convergence Programme approved a significant contribution toward a £12.2 million project to revitalize the main town center, with specific sub-allocations including £1 million directly for core town enhancements

The Regain Building: Subsidies funded this highly sustainable business incubation center built to foster commercial innovation and advance local clean-tech expertise

I haven’t used Reddit in a very long time but it’s nice to see such a helpful and sincere community, and I thought it might help ease my anxieties to make a post.

I applied for PIP in Spring 2023 for OCD, though I was denied for not having a formal diagnosis. I received a formal diagnosis in September 2023. I reapplied for PIP at the beginning of this year after being recommended to do so due to how severe and debilitating my condition has gotten. I had my assessment in April and got my result in May with 0 points across everything, and the report was like reading about another person entirely. It was like they didn’t read anything I gave and the two additional statements I provided from my carer and somebody who sees the impact of my condition everyday.

I applied for a MR afterward and it was processed in June. On the 11th of August I received a text in the morning saying that they need to call me before reconsidering my case. I got the phone call and it was just security questions and asking if I could handle a lump sum of money.

I was already terribly anxious but my anxiety propelled massively after that phone call. I called the helpline on the 13th and they said a decision was made on the 11th, which I presume to be after my phone call, but they said that they can’t let me know the decision outcome and that I need to wait for the letter. I know this sounds dramatic, been so anxious to the point of tears and it has been all I’ve been thinking about. This condition has taken so much from me and has been so physically and mentally taxing to deal with every day and it’s so disheartening to be invalidated by being essentially told “haha no you don’t actually struggle”.

I saw that you receive a text if you were awarded and that you can see if you have been awarded on Gov Online but I haven’t gotten anything from either still, but maybe I’m just being impatient/paranoid because of how nervous I am. I’m just looking for some kind words and positivity and to not feel so alone. I know that there is a tribunal you can apply for but I have no idea how to get support for that.

Since about 2 years ago, half or more of the content on reddit is AI generated.

Long story, management took steps to contol and monetise content prior to IPO.
A couple of these steps irked the vast majority of content creators and (unpaid) content moderators so
much that they gave up contributing.

AI Algorythms have taken over, replacing the previously human created content , generating a lot of the click bait stuff.

I'm not saying all the posts from reddit you are reposting here are AI generated, but the genre of click bait rage content that you are reposting is heavily created by AI on reddit.

You're enjoying reading these tales of fecklessness, does it matter to you if they are real or fake?

Binface was there for the anti Farage locals and got 9,000 votes, so why would they need to look elsewhere next time?

Farage's issues will be forgotten and the focus will all be on whether Burnham and Badenoch 'lose to a bin'.

I agree that Reform will be huge favourites to win another by election. However, they could face some challenges, particularly via Restore, who look certain to eat into their vote and aren't that far away from their Great Yarmouth stronghold. Disillusioned tories may return also, under Badenoch, who seems to have steadied the ship recently but without making dramatic progress. Labour and Greens just aren't strong enough here but will still take a fair percent. Taking PIP from the 9627 voters who currently claim won't help Reform chances. There is also the exact reason that a by election may be held in the first place, with the Standards Commission detail being relative.
