hence the below post |

By:
Farage will invest in the services provided by his donors. The end.

Obesity is rife in the country among the young. This is one of the major consequences of eating junk / convenient food, and a more affluent society than their parents and forebears. In another 15/20 years I believe there will be a two-tier NHS eg subscription and restriction, and could be only accessible by the very poor, and probably means tested something similar to an animal charity eg Blue Cross, etc.
I do not think this is such a bad thing. The NHS cannot continue to exist in its present mode. it's a bottomless pit. The NHS has been used and abused by those lacking self discipline and responsibility ie those who think the NHS will sort it out. |

The NHS is also of course sadly a victim of wholly unnecessary overpopulation in the UK.

"while their own experience tells them the opposite"
I'm sure the 7.1m still on the list will be ecstatic that an improvement of half a million since 2024 has been achieved . At this rate by 2036 the waiting list will be back to pre pandemic levels. |

If the scummy tattooed brain-dead toothless crowd want good public services who should they vote for? The monster raving loony party? We don't seem to be doing very well under labour.

It is in part due to the attitude of the public to doing public services themselves as volunteers. Half of the road signs in my part of the world are either badly in need of a coat of paint or are obscured by vegetation. Every community should have a voluntary work group who maintain them with a bit of guidance from the local authority. Instead we see neglect and probably opposition from the council to "amateurs" doing mundane jobs for free. The same is true in many areas when it comes to littering and graffiti. In some areas volunteers do a great job in picking up litter. In others it is just left to blow around the streets. We should not need to increase taxes to get this done, just a change in public attitudes.

Our local Green Party organises a lot of this round our way. From litter picking to renovations etc. Might be worth checking them out if you're interested.

I thought the purple haired, pierced nose, fish net wearing progressive leftie blokes wanted the police defunded anyway? |

The NHS is not only a victim of overpopulation and waste, but also monumental fraud.
The BBC series "Fraud Squad" is currently on its 6th Series 6, each Series of which has featured umpteen NHS related stories. The frauds are generally so unsophisticated that one wonders why they took so long exposing. But a look at the offenders often makes one conclude that perhaps potential whistleblowers or investigators didn't want to be judged as "racist". Series 6 is available vis iPlayer. It's possible I guess that the earlier 5 series might be findable elsewhere. Have a look at who trousers your cash. Every day. . https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0c2p9wb/episodes/player |

Anybody taking fat jabs are thick, greedy, lazy, and lack self respect for themselves. I would have no sympathy for them if this stuff turns out to be a dangerous drug in future years.
|
|
By:
They removed the question about any side effects of drugs to tackle obesity, very odd.

By:
Iv'e met a few people who have had the fat jab and lost a ton of weight quickly.
They look like the thing that made them human had been stripped away and a zombie look embedded around their chops. walking dead in my opinion. |
|
By:
porcy wants to see millions taking them. Bypass food education, let people get fat,
then get em on drugs. I've never heard of meds with no side effects, sounds risky to me. |

Waiting lists are down. Corridor care is up. Go figure. It's a shambles and cannot be fixed until we get less people or more hospitals. Neither is going to happen.
Also on this thread Our local Green Party organises a lot of this round our way. From litter picking to renovations etc. Might be worth checking them out if you're interested. Same where I live. That's why locally they are far more electable. They get things done where I live and I vote for them. Wouldn't dream of it in a GE. |

food education? is that how fecking stoopid we are?
never has more been known about what is healthy to eat and what to avoid. there can be nobody unaware of this, any more than there are about the dangers of smoking. (he says, dragging on an imported menthol) im about 2 stone too heavy, because my diet is horrible, all the usual. and im a greedy b@stard. i dont expect the state to pay for my indulgence where does it end? there are many meds with limited or minimal-risk side effects but the benefits are well worth the tiny risk of a reaction |

my post about the nhs was deleted and im now going to pm every person on this forum
its up to them if they read it and they might want to reflect on why the censor deleted it. if you dont like it, block me. its up to them and the censor should not be the arbiter. he has an agenda and diversity of opinion is not on it please do not reply via pm cos i dont look at it |
