This market will be settled as 'Yes' upon an official announcement from the Labour Party confirming Andy Burnham as their new leader following a no contest from other MPs after the nominations deadline set on July 16th.
In the event that the labour party confirms there will be a Leadership contest following the nominations deadline, this market will be settled as 'No'
