2 + 2 = 689 (*adjusted for inflation) |

Probably won't be watching any live games. The times are all wrong for me. I am usually asleep by 9.30pm and up at 6am.
|
|
By:
May as well try and enjoy it.
It’s going to get a lot worse when it’s 64 teams in Saudi Arabia. Have you see the atmosphere in the arena for the boxing over there? Practically non existent. |

They should put on a stoning or two as a warm up.

While tickets for some World Cup matches remain available, including the Group A contest between South Korea and Czech Republic, the opening match between Mexico and South Africa is completely sold out. The stadium’s total capacity of approximately 87,000 seats means the remaining spots are reserved for media and commercial partners. For fans still looking to attend, resale prices for the opener range anywhere from $2,800 to $17,000, a dramatic markup from FIFA’s official pricing.

Locals will easily get tickets for some games in the days before.
The early scalpers that bought before the draw will be practicially giving away Congo vs Uzbekistan tickets on the morning of the game. |
|
By:
The World Cup should never have been handed to a country governed by a bunch of fascists. It was never going to end well was it?

Another two decent Games, Stadiums Mobbed , I should imagine a Lot of the Fans resident in the States ? otherwise people paying absolute Bundles to travel, Tickets and Lord knows what the Hotels are charging .if you are
lucky enough to get a Room .. Be interesting to see if Croatian and England fans are mixed in stands as most matches have been , no need to highlight some of the History of Both fans. but I remember a Game when Croatia were leading by 2 goals in a game , their Fans all started fighting with each other madness |

The crowds and stadiums have been very impressive and football has been great, Irish pundits criticising some games who have never played in WC.
Great experience for players and all the coaches and other lads connected to football operations. Nowadays it’s trendy to complain about everything, if you don’t want to watch don’t watch. |
