Plenty of chat about it

Withdrawing cash after punting and depositing
again makes sense. (makes a mess of bank statements Laugh)

As does 2 step verification.

Not much you can do if they get in and lay off your
positions, and send cash to themselves.

I'd be surprised if any internet action is safe from
hacking these days.

Not so much clever hackers as dishonest employees.

I was with an internet company, they sent call centre
offshore and all details were copied and sold by call
handlers.

I had heard of Hacking ,a Mate of Mine lost 2k over night playing Poker a few years Back

He doesn't play poker

didn't realise there was search a Large Breach

no Doubt Paddy will award 20 free Spins on the roulette to everyone
Report ----you-have-to-laugh--- June 2, 2026 11:49 PM BST
I'm not sure what the settlement will be, probably
more if less people sign up to it.

Paddy got fined £2 million iirc.

I'd like to think I'm fairly careful, but 30 years
or so ago when I first got a computer I was not.

Nobody had a clue, and things have moved on, somewhat.

There were a few genuine lads on here that lost cash
and seemed they must have been hacked.

I dunno if they would be related to this hack, or if
it was just folk running software matching emails
to known passwords, or if they had been individually
hacked.

But setting up 2 step verification is a wise move

Nanny state again!!! But it's your cash.

No they haven't for this incident.

Anyone who was part of the recent breach would have received an email around July of last year. It atarted with this paragraph.
