Starmer was due to make a statement at 3 PM

Will he make it , because if he was unaware of what was happening it really shows what a shambles he is

Fair Play ?  they have few weapons left , there is no more turning up , the blockade was a great Idea ,  who ever thought it up

The Lebaneese goverment want Hezbollah removed  , Which we knew anyway , Certainly not a win for the terrorists IMO

The world needs fertiliser, jet fuel and the rest TON, they could have kept it shut but they haven't which is good for the rest of the world, could you blame them if they didn't open it despite their costs?

Israel always have Gaza and the West Bank to continue what they are doing.Hopefully this starts getting addressed, a large part of the problem.

From BBC

*) Iran's foreign minister says the Strait of Hormuz is "completely open" to commercial ships for the remainder of the ceasefire

*) "THANK YOU!" Donald Trump posts on Truth Social - moments later, he says the US naval blockade of Iranian ports will continue until a peace deal is agreed

The 'Straits' was open and flowing freely before Trump started an illegal war.

'Alexa Show' pops up the FTSE prices throughout the day. Been a depressing watch of late, but when it jumped from -0.3% to +0.7% as today progressed it was obvious something had changed. Just seen the news to confirm my suspicions.

Sorry Foreign Minister
Iran’s foreign minister has said that the strait of Hormuz is now fully open to commercial vessels, reinforcing hopes for an eventual end to the war in the Middle East and sending oil prices tumbling despite analysts’ warnings that there will be no immediate widespread resumption of passage through the vital waterway.

The UK and France will lead a multinational mission to protect commercial shipping routes in the Strait of Hormuz, Sir Keir Starmer has said.

Trump tells Starmer and Macron

"TO STAY AWAY, UNLESS THEY JUST WANT TO LOAD UP THEIR SHIPS WITH OIL".

Spot on IMO , Two failed leaders trying to make an Impression , Not his War Starmer Said , Wtf is he sending , the Last boat sent is broken down in some far away port ..

Lets hope Starmer is Removed ASAP

Im sure the Gulf states will be fully able to look after the Straits of Iran Laugh

The actions of Iran will not be forgotten by the Gulf , Saudis are Locked and Loaded , the USA told them to keep out of it

Tehran warned that it would close the Strait of Hormuz again if the US naval blockade of Iranian ports continued.

No tankers appear to be using the Strait so no change.

You can see their point, they were talking before and got bombed.
A chance of relieving the world of basically hardship is turned down and not by Iran it seems by events on this thread..

The US should withdraw completely and admit they started the war under false pretences. Wont happen but if they had any decency they would. They've lost enough lives for nothing. Try convincing the bereaved families that they did not die in vain.

Trump was not the first person to make comments regarding the School , He is not there , so he would have been advised as to what happened , Incorrectly advised in this case it seems

Most likely a targeting error by the Americans. Unintentional civilian deaths are an unfortunate hazard of war. Iran on the other hand is the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism who have intentionally funded and directed terrorism that has killed thousands of children. Which is worse? Dave is the guy trying to put a stop to it.

I see the presidency of Trump as Covid or a very bad flu. Given time the symptoms and bad tastes will be history. In the meantime try and take a chill pill or a vacation to ease the ramification.

Dave is the guy trying to put a stop to it.

So the point of the illegal war was regime change which ain't going to happen. 12 US soldiers have died and dozens seriously injured, and a load of school children and countless civilians have died for no reason other than Netanyahu is pulling the strings for his own ends. What is it that'Dave'is trying to stop.

It's very unfortunate. All you can do is accept the lesser evil at times of war and there's always a few innocent casualties. The Mullahs and Tollahs who got their brains splattered everywhere were very evil people. Don't make me tap the sign.
