No one will face any disciplinary charges or sanctions. Lessons will be learned etc....., no corporate responsibility will be taken by the authorities involved. Those responsible for failings will be quietly pensioned off, if they haven't been alredy.

Pinning on the parents is a cynical attempt to provide fodder for the headlines, kipping out the real failures. Obviously, his parents could have been of a similar persuasion.

When someone who actually has a job to make decisions that may lead to people losing their lives makes their decision based on colour you won't hear a peep from people like you calling them out.

Frankly, whatever we post on here, whatever we think, whoever we vote for,the country is Donald Ducked beyond recall. Some of the posters on here are going to get what they deserve but don't exactly know what that is yet. Others who don't deserve it will suffer for the actions & beliefs of the others. I have just returned from a trip to see a friend in Edgware North London. I haven't been there for 18 months. To say I was shocked is an understatement. The roads are deserted as is the shopping centre. Expect a massive recession. Scrounging beggars on the corners, shops closed down rubbish everywhere. Used to be a prosperous middle class area.
