The MoD has declined to say how many people may have been arrested or killed as a result of the data breach, but Healey told MPs an independent review had found it was "highly unlikely" an individual would have been targeted solely because of it.
He said that review had also judged the secret scheme to be an "extremely significant intervention" given the "potentially limited" risk posed by the leak.
In a High Court judgement issued on Tuesday, Mr Justice Chamberlain said it was "quite possible" that some of those who saw the Facebook post containing the leaked personal data "were Taliban infiltrators or spoke about it to Taliban-aligned individuals".
BBC News has seen an email sent to those impacted by the breach, which urges them to "exercise caution", and take steps like protecting their online activities and not responding to messages from unknown contacts.
Healey said those who have been relocated to the UK have already been counted in immigration figures.

Naturally there's a tonne of missteps along the way but I am very certain about our failing currency system - not so much the exact timing or how it might look by 2030 say but I would wager heavily that you and I will be around for the change

My first fleeting thought on hearing the news was that our intelligence service isn’t that stupid, so, was this situation deliberately engineered, and if so, why?

The seeds have been planted, and when all the poison ivy has grown the whole country will be enveloped by this filth.
There is hotel a mile where I live which has been home to nothing but Afghans for several years. They spend their days selling The Big Issue outside Sainsburys and in the town centre. Now I know why. They are here to stay, with no prospect of being sent back.
Inevitably this will effect house prices in the area and push up the crime rate. I despair...

Birmingham Council have bought some new builds in the Rhondda valley, i can guess who's going to move into them.

Metro John, the word going around is that they have bought 26 units from a local HA, near-by residents are up in arms about it.

No houses left in West midlands, long wait for housing and Birmingham is so overcrowded, this is due to successive Governments sending any tom dick and harry there. We should be growing food and spending on Water preservation, we should be educating people on contraceptives not building new homes on green belts up and down the land.
