He is hardly going to force a single mother getting tens of thousands in housing & other benefits to either work or put her litter up for adoption.
Asylum seekers will still get housing and money for food etc. regardless of how they entered the country for years before a decision is made.

It would be nice if one day both Labour and Tory leaders stop playing to the gallery with this endless 'attack of benefit claimant' nonsense and actually go in hard after all the tax evaders and avoiders instead, but then they'd have nobody left to donate to them. It's classic deflection tactics at play here especially as he probably feels under pressure with cutting of the winter fuel allowances still prevalent given the time of year it is, budget fall out, the farmers protest, calls for new GE etc etc. Foreign aid has been cut in recent years, but you really need to look much more forensically at how much you're paying and to who. I remember not so long ago the Indians calling our donation peanuts, the country that spent £330 million on a statue, the world's biggest, though tbf I think they really didn't want it, but you get the point.

Kind Regards.

Senator Lindsey Graham promises to destroy the UK economy if we arrest Netanyahu
Isn't it brilliant having allies like the US?
Laura and Normal Island News
Nov 24

READ IN APP

Prime Minister Starmer has confirmed the UK both would and would not arrest wanted fugitive Benjamin Netanyahu if he ever visited the UK. This is because we respect international law, but we do not deal with hypotheticals, okay? You would think the prime minister’s fence-sitting would get him off the hook here, but sadly not. US senator Lindsey Graham has promised to destroy our economy if we arrest Netanyahu. In fact, he said the Trump administration would destroy our economy even faster than they will destroy their own economy.

Senator Graham let slip that if Netanyahu and Gallant go to prison for their war crimes, he and his colleagues might be next. While this sounds worrying, the fact Graham feels comfortable confessing his war crimes shows he’s not that concerned. The US has a Hague Invasion Act and Senator Tom Cotton is not afraid to use it. Senator Graham has vowed to sanction any country that complies with ICC arrest warrants, a stance that is entirely unrelated to the $1,000,580 that AIPAC generously gave him.

Senator Graham is not just making a stand for the war criminals of Israel, he is making a stand for the mineral resources of Ukraine. He has proudly announced the Trump administration will loot the war-ravaged country to enrich themselves with up to seven trillion dollars of rare minerals. I believe this is called saying the quiet part loud. If you were under the impression the looted wealth would be used to benefit ordinary Americans, you would be sorely mistaken. No one gives a **** about those!

Incumbent president Trump has announced exciting plans to emulate the 52% poverty rate of Argentina. I’m unclear if Graham’s promise to extend this policy to the UK is an offer or a threat. Obviously, it would be unfair for the US to get all the disaster capitalism. The prime minister’s owner, BlackRock, is keen to buy our housing and farmland, and anything else of worth, which, let’s be honest, is not much. Still, BlackRock is keen to own the rubble of Ukraine so I can’t say they’re particularly fussy. The world’s most evil corporation is happy to exploit any ****, even the north of England.

Sir Keir Starmer has explained there is no economic reason for his partnership with BlackRock, just like there is no moral reason for his support for genocide. He's just evil. This explains why he plans to replace the welfare system with assisted dying vouchers. Who would want to stay on this wretched island a second longer anyway? The brilliant thing about the free market is it gives us a choice. This is why disabled people who refuse to work will be given the choice of benefits sanctions or euthanasia.

The prime minster has declared war on “benefits Britain” which is confusing everyone who thought he was about to declare war on Russia. Perhaps benefits sanctions are a more efficient way of culling our workshy population. God knows we need to do something about the jobless layabouts. Thankfully, the prime minister has vowed to crack down on the “economically inactive" who want to live off “handouts”. I’m told the royal family are now feeling rather nervous.

The current situation represents a dramatic turnaround from last year when we spent the wages of 2,057 nurses on the king’s coronation. I don't know about you, but I think it was worth sending nurses to foodbanks so the rich man could play fancy dress for the day. He must get bored shitless doing nothing in his palaces, other than yelling at his servants.

One thing I’m unclear on is if the royal family is given the chop, does this mean Larry Fink will become our head of state? I’ve no idea, I just know Starmer's premiership is going so well that one million people have signed a petition demanding a general election, just because Labour has broken every manifesto promise. Some people are so ****g unreasonable. What do you lot want from our politicians? Honesty? x

Supposedly a parody but infact reality, what a cuntry,we are doomed in late stage capitalism owned by the US and Israel//

Blackrock is one of the most powerful and utterly corrupt shadow banking outfits in the world. BlackRock has been criticized for investing in companies that are involved in fossil fuels, the arms industry, the People's Liberation Army and human rights violations in China.
Environmental, social and corporate governance investing (ESG) is cited as ‘a dangerous placebo that harms the public interest’.
As of December 2018, BlackRock was the world's largest investor in coal-fired power stations, holding shares worth $11 billion in 56 companies in the industry.
BlackRock owned more oil, gas, and thermal coal reserves than any other investment management company with total reserves amounting to 9.5 gigatonnes of CO2 emissions or 30% of total energy-related emissions from 2017.
That Starmer is in bed with this malign planet destroying Trump loving company that pretty much owns everything is cause for extremely urgent investigation.
The MSM must give the public the facts about Blackrock, the UK’s future is with the EU not US planet destroyers like Blackrock..

It is Liz, Blackrock will buy the NHS, they will asset strip bankrupt councils, all public services will be up for grabs, this is how they earn rent for a few years then they move on and leave entire regions in ruins. Blackrock have the perfect framework for this to happen, 74 deregulated SEZs where companies who opt in and were selected by the UK govt receive public money in the form of State aid.
This is illegal in the EU where free zones are strictly regulated to prevent govts of member states from giving public money to companies ensuring they have a competitive edge, this distorts the Single Market creating an unlevel playing field.
UK SEZs contravene EU laws on State aid and a whole host of regulations spanning employment rights, food safety, and environmental protections.
On 31st Dec Mogg’s REUL Bill revoked 600 EU/UK laws, guess which were the 3 main areas targeted? I just mentioned them. The duration of all 86 free zone licenses was set at 25 years by Jeremy Hunt, this sabotages rejoining the EU, this is why Starmer says there will be no rejoining the EU in his lifetime. I call what is happening in the U.K. Zone Fever, free zones were kickstarted by Thatcher and Howe, they failed because they came up against EU rules on State aid. After the Brexit result ‘Full-fat investment zones’ were resurrected by Truss and Sunak, and fully backed by Labour who were active board members of the Tories  nationwide SEZs/Freeports consortia, Labour MOs, Mayors, councillors, Lords, and Baroness’s signed off on many SEZs and Freeports.
Shanker Singham (the brains behind Brexit) was present at a signing with Sunak and former FM Mark Drakeford, resulting in 8 SEZs and 2 Freeports in Wales. The whole thing is a corporate coup''

I wonder who the CEO is...

Laurence Douglas Fink (born November 2, 1952) is an American billionaire businessman. He is a co-founder, chairman and CEO of BlackRock, an American multinational investment management corporation.[1] BlackRock is the largest money-management firm in the world with more than US$10 trillion in assets under management.[2][3] In April 2024, Fink's net worth was estimated at US$1.2 billion according to Forbes.[4] He sits on the boards of the Council on Foreign Relations and the World Economic Forum..

The International Movement for a Just World (JUST) empathises with the concerns expressed by several NGOs and public figures in Malaysia over the involvement of the investment fund manager BlackRock in Malaysia’s infrastructure development.

BlackRock has extensive investments in companies allied closely to Israel’s arms industry. It has, for example, a 7.4 per cent stake in Lockheed Martin, a US defence contractor that has played a critical role in arming the Israeli military. This is why Lockheed has been accused of complicity in the barbaric genocide in Gaza which is now in its eighth month. The CEO of BlackRock, Larry Fink, is known to be a staunch supporter of Israel in its ongoing massacre of Palestinians

It was shameful that the Tories seemed to tolerate a big rise in benefit claimants but of course they would have been accused of being extreme right wing if they had tried to reduce it. What I object to is single mothers being housed and incomes on my taxes until their kids are adults.

I object to losers  “ mental elf “ issues who are work shy and want a free ride.

I do not want to see Employers low wages subsided by my taxes and people working part time so they get their housing costs paid and income support.

And the keep your legs shut line is also one of those weird things that can only apply to women and never to men. When young men face the same responsibilities you'd soon see a change, but we're still quick to villainise women's actions while young men get a pat on the back and called a jack the lad.

I have every sympathy with young people these days, daunting won't do it justice and for many it is simply impossible. No quick fix and a radical overhaul needed as the so called system is losing a wheel. There is no incentive if your low paid job is basically going towards a landlord.
Report PorcupineorPineapple November 29, 2024 1:40 PM GMT
It's all about carrot and stick for me. Politicians can only ever talk about the stick. But what is the incentive really? The price of childcare in this country is ridiculous. And then you add on the price of housing etc. If you're at home bonding with your baby, is it worth your while going out to a crappy min wage job, when you know that after childcare and transport you're maybe £10 a week better off than being at home? Is £10 the right price for not spending those hours with your child? Politicians just refuse to even see that argument but that's the real type of question people are asking. That's why people are living with their parents into their thirties and why the birth rate has dropped off a cliff. Till the decision makers see and understand what the population are living every day they'll never get it and will never fix it.
